MSA Vertical Ladder Lifeline Systems

MSA Vertical Ladder Lifeline Kits provide outstanding personal safety for individuals accessing areas requiring the use of a fixed ladder in a wide range of applications. These lifelines allow for hands-free movement up and down the entire height of the ladder, eliminating the need to disconnect and find new tie-off points while ascending or descending the ladder. The fall arrest devices used with the system which enables a very smooth movement up and down the ladder. If a worker should fall while connected to the system, the fall arrest device immediately locks and arrests the fall.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Horizontal Lifeline system stands out as a technologically advanced solution due to its ability to swiftly absorb energy, thereby reducing the impact of falls. This system is meticulously engineered with an energy absorber that is precisely calibrated to minimize the forces transmitted into the system during a minor fall. However, in the event of a more significant fall, the system gradually increases its capacity to absorb energy, thereby providing enhanced stopping power. In essence, this mechanism ensures that the forces exerted on the user are kept at a manageable level during both minor and severe falls, enhancing safety and reducing the risk of injury.

Yes. The Horizontal Lifeline system, immediately provides a materials list so you have an optimised system with in-stock components that is easy to install. This saves you time, money and less labor costs on-site. All components are ISO 9001 assured and made from SS316, corrosion-resistant steel for long life on the roof.

We offer low lead-times for increased productivity. Lifeline inventory is always in-stock, which means prompt delivery and no down time waiting for materials so you can get the installation completed quickly.
